This Disclaimer applies to Team Mac Ltd ("Anita Mac," "Biz Bestie Club," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in New Zealand, and covers all of the ways we deliver content, education and services to you, including but not limited to:

The Biz Bestie Club membership and its curriculum, lessons, workbooks and resources
Our private Facebook community (paid-members only)
Live calls, coaching sessions and Q&As, including any recordings of these
Loom video recordings shared to answer member questions
Our email newsletters and marketing communications, sent via Flodesk
Our social media content and posts, across any platform we use
Any other digital products, downloads, templates, trainings, events, or resources we create or provide, now or in future

Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using any of the above. It applies in full to every educational, informational, business, marketing, coaching, community, AI-assisted, and digital resource we deliver through them.

1. Educational Purposes Only

Everything we provide, across every channel listed above, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we share constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or other professional advice of any kind, regardless of how specific or personal it may feel in the moment. If you need advice in any of these areas, please consult a suitably qualified, licensed professional in your own country or region.

This applies whether the content comes to you as a lesson inside Biz Bestie Club, a live call, a Loom video, a post in the Facebook group, an email, a workbook, or a one-off piece of social content.

2. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

Building and growing a business takes real, sustained effort, and results depend on a wide range of factors entirely outside our control, including your prior experience, your market, your offer, your effort and consistency, your financial starting point, and general economic conditions.

We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant that you will achieve any particular result, outcome, income, growth, or transformation from using our content, membership, coaching, or any other service we provide. Any case studies, examples, or outcomes we reference (ours or a member's) are shared to illustrate what's possible, not what's typical or guaranteed for you.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income figures, revenue numbers, screenshots, or financial examples we share, whether from our own business or a member's, are shared for illustration and inspiration only. They are not, and should never be interpreted as, a promise, guarantee, or representation of the income or financial results you personally will achieve.

Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, skill, experience, market conditions, and circumstances, none of which we can control or predict. Please do not make financial decisions, including leaving a job or taking on financial risk, based solely on income examples we share.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results in your business and life. Anything you choose to implement, act on, or apply based on our content, coaching, community, or any advice shared by us or by other members, is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.

We encourage independent thinking and always recommend you assess whether any strategy, tactic, or approach we share is right for your specific business and circumstances before acting on it.

5. AI Tools and Generated Content

Some of the content, systems and support we provide are created or assisted with the help of AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic. While we review AI-assisted content before it reaches you, AI tools can occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or imperfect information.

Please use your own judgement with any content you receive from us, whether or not it was AI-assisted, and don't treat it as a substitute for professional advice where professional advice is what you actually need. If something seems off or inaccurate, please let us know directly.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

We rely on a number of third-party platforms to run our business and deliver our content and services, including Teachery, Flodesk, Stripe, Zoom, Facebook, Airtable, Notion, and Loom, among others we may use from time to time.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, bugs, policy changes, data loss, or any other issue caused by these third-party platforms, and we can't guarantee they will always be available or function as expected. We also aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any external site, tool, or platform we link to, reference, or use.

7. Testimonials, Community Content and Recordings

Testimonials and member experiences: Any testimonials, success stories, wins, or member experiences we share reflect that individual's genuine, real results. They are not staged or fabricated, but they also aren't typical, average, or guaranteed, and shouldn't be taken as a promise of what you personally will achieve.

Community content: Anything shared inside Biz Bestie Club or our private Facebook group, including posts, comments, questions and discussion from us or from other members, is shared for community and educational purposes. We aren't responsible for advice, opinions, or content shared by other members of the community, and any views expressed by members are their own, not ours.

Recordings: Biz Bestie Club calls, coaching sessions and Q&As may be recorded, and these recordings, along with Loom videos we create, may be shared with the community. This content is intended for members' educational use and shouldn't be treated as individualised advice for your specific situation unless explicitly stated.

8. No Professional-Client Relationship

Participating in Biz Bestie Club, purchasing our products, attending our calls, or engaging with our content does not create a financial advisor, lawyer, accountant, therapist, employee, business partner, or any other formal professional relationship between you and us, beyond what is explicitly set out in your membership or purchase terms.

Any coaching, feedback, or guidance we provide is educational and supportive in nature, not a substitute for formal, licensed professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Mac Ltd, its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our websites, content, membership, community, or services, including any decisions you make or actions you take in your business as a result of engaging with us.

This includes, but isn't limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer protection law, or equivalent consumer protection law in your own country, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. International Users

Our members are currently based in New Zealand, though we welcome members from other countries and expect our community to grow internationally over time, including from the UK and EU.

If you're joining us from outside New Zealand, it's your responsibility to ensure that your use of our content, membership, and services complies with the laws, regulations, and professional or financial advice requirements that apply to you in your own country or region. We make no representation that our content is appropriate or compliant for use outside New Zealand.

11. Governing Law

This Disclaimer, and any dispute arising from it or from your use of our websites, content, membership, or services, is governed by the laws of New Zealand, regardless of the country you access them from. Where consumer protection laws in your own country grant you rights that can't lawfully be excluded, those rights remain unaffected by this clause.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time, for example as our business, offerings, or the law changes. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
